MSMU Student Giving Society

The MSMU Student Giving Society (SGS) is a group of student leaders dedicated to sharing MSMU traditions, connecting with alumnae, and supporting our culture of philanthropy. In partnership with the Department of Institutional Advancement and the Office of Alumnae Relations, SGS members serve as ambassadors to keep classmates informed, plan student/alumnae engagement activities, recognize and thank current donors, and help grow the Mount’s culture of philanthropy and service.

Our next meeting will be in September 2022.

Communicate: Share feedback with staff on classmates’ needs and accomplishments. Promote benefits and services available to students including Mount Connect for online networking and mentorship, Career and Professional Development programs and more. Seniors will help inform senior class programing as they prepare to join the MSMU Alumnae Association.

Support: Help classmates understand the importance of giving back to strengthen the culture of service and philanthropy at MSMU by participating in annual initiatives like the President’s Invitation to Serve and Mount Day of Giving.
