    Spring FilmFest-La Source

Attend the Spring FilmFest screening of La Source scheduled for Wednesday, April 16, 2014 from 6:30 to 9:00 pm in the Campus Center on the 1st Floor, Chalon Campus.

La Source tells the uplifting story of Josue Lajeunesse, a Haitian custodian working at Princeton University. After the devastating 2010 earthquake Josue returns to Haiti to revive his lifelong dream to bring what is most fundamental to his village’s survival, clean water. Narrated by Oscar nominated actor Don Cheadle (Hotel Rwanda, Crash), in what The Washington Post calls an “artfully shot documentary.”

Following the screening, Pam Halderman, chair  of The Film, Media and Communication Department, will facilitate a conversation and Q&A with Jordan Wagner, film producer and executive director of Generosity Water.  Remember, the screening is free and open to the Mount community and public so please invite whomever you feel will enjoy this experience!  There will be complimentary refreshments and parking.
